We ship our products PAN India. We take great care in delivering your products to you.The price of the products mentioned are inclusive of shipping rates.

Additional Information

  • It takes 7-10 business days to deliver an order. However, there could be delays in the delivery due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
  • If your order requires any customization, additional time and charges might apply.
  • You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Address change will be accepted before the dispatch.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship orders internationally.
  • If you believe that the order is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91-7233037777 or email us at customercare@entrepower.in, mentioning your order number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • The shipping costs of the exchanged item will have to be borne by the customer. The pickup of the product will be generated by Entrepower and the receipt of shipping charges will be sent beforehand. You will have to pay for the shipping charges though cash/card or net banking, whatever feasible.
