Return/ Refund Policy

RETURN:

There will be no returns after the product has been delivered.  The products can be exchanged with products of the same value or more, if required. 

EXCHANGE:

The products can be exchanged if they are defective or tampered with during the delivery process, for which valid proof of defective product has to be presented to us.  We allow for exchanges due to any size issues. In such a case, please contact us at customercare@entrepower.in OR Whatsapp us at +91 7233037777 with your Name and Order ID.

The number of days for the exchanged product(s)  to reach you varies on where you live. It usually takes 7 days for the exchanged product to be delivered. 

SHIPPING:

The costs of the product is inclusive on shipping charges. In case of exchange:

The shipping costs of the exchanged item will have to be borne by the customer. The pickup of the product will be generated by Entrepower and the receipt of shipping charges will be sent beforehand. You will have to pay for the shipping charges through cash, card or net banking, whatever feasible.
